Cheer of the Day
We do a cheer of the day. I made this sheet and slid it into a sheet procector. Then I put some sticky-tac on it. Everyday, someone picks a cheer. It is a blind pick. I explain it, then I post it on the sheet.
Get yours HERE for free.
I have a Cheer box where I keep mine. You could also use a Cheerios box. After we use the cheer, I put them in a bag so when we get through them all, we go through them again.
I got my cheers at Dr. Jean's site.
I recently saw this post, and discovered some new ones, so I created new cards to correspond with them.

Sharing Sunday's
I love themes- plain and simple. In teaching, in life and so on. I have been doing a 365 challenge for two years now- it's where I take a photo everyday. Sometimes I can't find anything to photograph, so I made a weekly list for taking photos so I can find something :)
I also decided to do that for my blog, especially on the weekends. So for either Saturday or Sunday, I am going to share a new site or something new I found.
I found a new site yesterday after one of my followers posted a comment. First off, I love that people leave comments and two, that they have blogs!
Here is my first find:

Science
I am planning for my science units next year.
I found these awesome materials through Zully:
Ant Farm
Now I must figure out what to teach and where to get the ants.
Constellations- we did space this year, but not the stars, so I will be on the lookout for
star materials this summer.
Ladybug playground-
So what great ideas do you have? Where should I get my insects from? Does anyone have any experience using these things?

Dollar Tree Tuesday's
Here is a little organizer that I got at the Dollar Tree. It has some covered pockets. Inside one of the pockets a small bag of paper clips. The part that can be covered isn't very closed, so I didn't want those little buggers to fall out everywhere.
Inside the pockets:
*shaped post-it notes for my Cafe menu
* erasers
*a large frog clip
*those post-it tabs
*pencils and high-lighters
*little post-it flags from the Dollar Spot
*regular post-it notes
Here is the back:
It has one big pocket. Here are my sharpies and more high lighters.
